Mit der C-Serie hat Pinion dieses Prinzip ge\u00e4ndert und flanscht die Ansteuerung nun an das Getriebe &#8211; somit l\u00e4\u00dft sich die linke Geh\u00e4useschale einfacher herstellen.  Durch die Separierung der Ansteuerung wird es nun &#8211; wie schon bei der Rohloff &#8211; m\u00f6glich sein mit Schalthebeln f\u00fcr flachen order gar Rennradlenkern zu arbeiten.
